Submitting a service request through this site is a request only — it is not a confirmed appointment until our dispatch team contacts you. Response times for road service depend on location, weather, traffic, and technician availability.

When you provide your mobile number on our service request form, you agree to receive transactional SMS from Tri-State Heavy Repair regarding your service request (confirmation, dispatch, arrival, and completion updates). Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Estimates are based on the initial diagnosis and may change if additional faults are found. We will request your approval before performing work beyond an approved estimate. Parts availability may affect completion time.

Invoices are due on the terms stated on the invoice. A credit card processing fee may be applied where indicated and disclosed before payment. Unpaid balances may result in storage fees or mechanic's lien rights as permitted by law.

Workmanship and parts warranties, when applicable, are stated on your invoice. Warranty does not cover abuse, neglect, improper operation, or unrelated failures.

To the extent permitted by law, Tri-State Heavy Repair is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue or downtime, arising from services or use of this website.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or our services means you accept the current version.
