When you submit a service request or contact us, we collect the information you provide: name, company, phone number, email address, unit/VIN details, service location, and a description of the issue. We also keep records of the work orders, parts, and invoices related to your service.

We use your information only to respond to and perform your requested service: dispatching a technician, contacting you about your repair, preparing estimates and invoices, and keeping service history for your units.

By submitting your phone number through our service request form, you consent to receive transactional text messages from Tri-State Heavy Repair about your own service request — confirmations, dispatch status, technician arrival, and completion updates. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

Message frequency varies based on your service activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance. Opting out of text messages does not affect your ability to receive service — we will contact you by phone or email instead.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

We send service confirmations, estimates, invoices, and payment links by email. You can ask us to stop sending non-essential email at any time.

We share information only with service providers required to operate our business — for example our messaging provider (Twilio), email provider, secure hosting and database provider, and payment processor. These providers may only use the information to deliver their service to us. We do not sell your personal information.

Service records are kept as long as needed for warranty, accounting, and legal requirements. Information is stored on secured, access-controlled systems, and only authorized shop staff can view customer and dispatch records.

You may request a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal information by emailing frank@heavyrepair.com. Some records must be retained for tax and legal purposes.
