Trailer Inspection & Maintenance Record

1. Visual inspection of unit for damage

2. Reflective tape on ICC bumper and trailer sides

3. Glad Hand Seals

4. Check Light operation

5. Inspect under body cross rails

6. Inspect king pin and plate

7. Air unit up, inspect for air leaks

8. Landing Gear operation; crank handle

9. Sub Frame slide Operation, Sub frame Cracks

10. Fuel Tank – Leaks; straps; fuel gauge operation

11. Mud flaps; ICC Bumper; Dock Bump Stops

12. Inspect Wind Skirts

13. Shocks

14. Tires lug Nuts and Studs

15. Adjust brakes

16. Hub caps; hub oil level

17. Inspect inner wheel seals

18. Clean ALL reefer box drains. (blow debris Out of trailer)

19. Rear door seals

20. Inspect rear door operation (rollers, Hindges)

21. Lube rear door rollers (FOOD GRADE LUBE ONLY)

22. Grease unit (s-cam, slack adjuster, landing gear)

23. Inspect Wind Skirts

24. Air unit up, inspect for air leaks

25. Air pressure test; applied and static 1 minute

26. Check all air lines for rubbing chafing

27. Spring u-bolt / torque arms

28. Ensure Registration box present. Are reg. + last federal inspection present

31. Inspect interior of box, note if clean out needed.

2. Change fuel filter

3. Change oil Filter

4. Change Air filter

5. Inspect all belts and pulleys

6. Inspect Compressor oil add if needed

7. Load Test Battery

8. Clean/ Blow out ac condenser and radiator

9. Inspect Reefer status light for operation and securement

10. Start Unit and Run

11. Confirm unit is cooling

12. Visual inspection of reefer unit. NOTE ISSUES BELOW

13. Are codes present? Supply codes in note section

14. CLEAN ALL REEFER DRAINS IN BOX !!!!!
